 All items are handmade to order. Processing time is typically 14 days before shipping. 

 Domestic and international orders are shipped via USPS at a cost to customers.

Seller is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs. 

Seller is not responsible for stolen items that were delivered to customers address.

Pictures and videos will be provided to customers before shipping of items, once accepted by customers, custom or personalized items cannot be refunded or returned unless they arrived damage or defective, which should be reported within 3 days of delivery to address. If items need to be returned, items should be shipped within 7 days of delivery which buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. 

 After this period, work may have already begun on your handmade items.

After order is placed you agree for your custom/personalized order to be posted on our social media platforms for promotional purposes, if you want to opt out you can let us know.
